Your edger is connected directly to our technical center from the moment it is installed, simply by activating the SIM card. Your edger will be monitored daily for two weeks to ensure that it is correctly set up and operating normally. You are not left to yourself to become familiar with your new equipment: a virtual assistant is at your disposal.
Subsequently the monitoring frequency will be adapted to suit your requirements. If a setting is out of tolerance, Brio Link™ can send an e-mail automatically to our technical center. Our expert will make a preliminary diagnosis and make contact with you to guide you through the steps to be taken.

Your system's efficiency depends on its connection with the remote servicing server. We use the autonomous, secured GPRS standard for data transmission.
